Members of Flagstaff Nuestras Raíces continued to work through the summer, fall and approaching winter of 2013 to prepare the basement of Our Lady of Guadalupe for its public unveiling as a heritage center during the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Flagstaff, AZ.
Activities begin with a procession in the early evening on Dec. 11, 2013 from Our Lady of Guadalupe to San Francisco de Asis Catholic Church.
Las Mañanitas traditional songs will then be performed during the early morning hours of Dec. 12, 2013 at Our Lady of Guadalupe, with a community potluck to be held at 4:30 p.m. that day in the basement.
